在庫確認の際
私 「このジャケットを30枚ほしいけれど、在庫ありますか？」
セラー 「はい、大丈夫です」
顧客が入金後、正式注文して数時間経つと、セラーからメッセージが来ました。
セラー 「すみませんが、例のジャケットなんですが、15枚しか残ってないです。他のサイズ、或いは色でもいいですか？」
私 「え？在庫ありではなかったんですか」
セラー 「今、倉庫を確認したら、15枚しかありませんでした。」
私 「どうして在庫確認してくれないんですか？」
セラー 「すみません」
私 「ん……」
すみませんはいらないよ！ちゃんと責任もって仕事しろよ！って言いたかったです。
なぜこんなことになったかというと、無在庫販売しているからだと思います。具体的に言うと、受注してから、工場や、他のところで発注する。つまり、本当の在庫状況は把握できないんです。最近、こういう無在庫販売のセラーが結構増えてる気がします。発注をかける際、在庫ないといわれると、顧客に代替のＵＲＬを教えてもらわないといけないから、無駄な時間がかかってしまいます。
